INKO is a very clever parakeet from Japan. She draws manga and also

She drew a wonderfully dark-but-hopeful story included in Leek & Sushi
II: Manga Cupcakes. It’s about feeling hopeless, worthless, down on
your luck, and feeling like everything around you is trying to tell
