My Deleter nibs arrived today. I decided to break them in, at first I was just stratching it on paper then I thought it would be a better idea to ink something done quickly.
Also, two books arrived. The Mayor of Casterbridge by Thomas Hardy which I really like. Fans of Greek tragedies might enjoy it. And Tristan and Yseult/Iseult, a story from L’morte de Arthur, or The Death of Arthur, the excalibur kind. Interesting history to it, but it’s a bit long and I don’t want to bore anyone lol. Just wiki if you’re interested.

oo…I had to read ‘Far from the Madding Crowd’ by Thomas Hardy for GSCE – very English countryside stuff it was!
It looks confident
I like this
(the hair detail looks good)
he does look kind of disturbed/anxious..
ohh we had to read that too, wikivic! haha XD
agree’d with nicola, beautiful, smoothconfident lines- just lovely =) i find deleter nibs are particularly nice! it’s odd, ive only used them twice and they remain to be the best i’ve had so far, though i can’t get hold of them very much. =0
I’ve never read Victorian lit before, but the Mayor of Casterbridge is good, so I will check out Far from the Maddening Crowd.
Out of anxious or expressionless…..I’ll take anxious
Yep, Deleter nibs are good. I’ve been using cheap writing nibs before, the deleter ones are much better.
