I’m going through one of my ‘clear-up’ weeks where I just plow through all the things I’ve let build up so far. It’s a bad habit. I seem to default on drawing eyes if I’m busy.

Armour is surprisingly hard to draw. Probably because it needs to be very uniform to look good. I mostly freehanded it so the anatomy etc is probably off (like those arms!)

Woot, after like a month of cba-ness I drew something. It felt rusty.

I’d I’d take the 5 mins or so to put this together. I tried to cover the abscence of colour with tacky backgrounds. I suppose it’s a good range of what I’ve done. Finished images (coloured, b&w), quick doodles, WIPs.
The summer lethargy is over, I will be back very very soon!

Looked at female form and proportions with some basic anatomy today, and decided to make a finished image with what I learnt. I had some alarming mistakes which I managed to fix involving the form of the body. The stylization (sation?) of the body makes her look like as if she hasn’t eaten for weeks [...]
